I've started getting this call on 2 of my phones and noticed a charge on bill of $1.99 if call is answered. Something needs to be done about this.

says that they are calling for my 13 yr old daughter....when i asked what the call was about they got all defensive and called my daughter a him and not a her. then i proceeded to tell them that she was 13 and he couldnt get off the phone fast enough.

he called and said that he is calling in regards to a claim on my sisters name and social and that if she dont pay she will be arrested and then he said that if i dont give her my phone they will come to arrest me today

call at 5:38pm but left no message also i am on the do not call list why wont they do something about these types of problems

The Company claims to be Federal Restitution Services.

Calls at least 3 times a day, at times after 9pm (which is illegal). Nobody is ever there, at times I'll call back and get 1 ring before it goes to a dead line, and others it'll give me the dead line right off the bat.

A woman said I will have to call you right back, and she hung up.

That i had fradulent activity on my account i was going to be served with court papers within the next 24 hours

This company is calling my cell phone as well as my job. They stating that i owe them money from a pay day loan. I told them i never got money from their company they still call and play games with me.

It's a fax line and its getting on my nerves because they call 10 times a day

This caller needs to stop calling my home! Ridiculous!!!!!!! Telemarketer's shouldn't be contacting anyone on the "NO CALL LIST"! Also, if they are indeed a Telemarketer, I do believe that a business name should show on caller id and not the area making the call from!

Just asked if they could speak to the person who requested Bell/Aliant service at this address.

They call me at hm... They call me on my cell and tell me all the time that they are going to serve me papers.
